SMS Terms and Conditions

Program

Program name: FAST Technician Notifications.
Description: Field Adv, Inc. sends account invitations and one-time sign-in codes by SMS to the field technicians who work with it, so they can install and sign in to the FAST mobile app. We do not send marketing messages.

Consent

Technicians opt in by replying YES to a consent request. How consent is collected is described on our SMS Opt-In page. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You receive one consent request. After you reply YES, you receive one confirmation, one invitation, and one sign-in code each time you sign in with your phone number.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message to confirm. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. Reply START to subscribe again. If you opt out, you cannot receive SMS sign-in codes.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@fieldadv.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we use your information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
