Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Field Adv, Inc. ("Field Advantage", "we") collects, uses and protects information in FAST, our field service platform, including the FAST website and the FAST mobile app.

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, mobile phone number and company.
  • Work information: service tickets, worksheets, photos, signatures, time and attendance records, and parts used.
  • Location: while a technician is signed in to the FAST mobile app and on duty, the app records device location to route work and to show job progress to dispatchers.
  • Technical information: device type, app version and logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

  • To create and manage your FAST account and to let you sign in.
  • To assign, route and complete field service work.
  • To send you account messages, including invitations and one-time sign-in codes by email or SMS.
  • To secure the service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that operate FAST on our behalf (hosting, sign-in and identity, email and SMS delivery), and with the customer whose service work you perform, to the extent needed for that work. We do not sell personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the categories above and will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages

If you give consent, we send account messages by SMS. The terms for these messages are in our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for the work records our customers and the law require. We protect information with access controls and encryption in transit.
